Who processes your data

The controller of personal data in connection with this website is INTELIA SOLUTIONS d.o.o., Letališka cesta 29A, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, company registration number 9898484000, VAT ID SI72304090. AiVision is a brand of this company.

For any question about data protection, write to info@intelia.si or call +386 31 799 895. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to.

What happens when you visit this page

There are no forms, no sign-in and no user accounts on this site, so we collect nothing that you enter yourself.

The server that delivers the page writes your IP address, the time of the visit, the address requested and your browser identifier to a log on every visit. This is technically necessary to run the site and keep it secure. We do not use these records for profiling and do not combine them with other data.

  • Purpose: operation, security and abuse detection.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation) in a secure, working website.
  • Retention: access logs are kept for 4 weeks and error logs for up to 10 weeks, after which they are deleted automatically.

Visit measurement

We measure visits with Umami, an open-source tool we run on our own server in the Hetzner data centre in Nuremberg, Germany. The data stays with us and we do not share it with anyone who would use it for their own purposes.

Umami stores no cookie and writes nothing to your browser. Each visit records the address of the page viewed, the page you came from, your browser language, screen resolution, device type and country. Our server also receives your IP address and browser identifier; from these it computes an irreversible hash that distinguishes one visit from another, and does not store the IP address itself.

  • Purpose: to know how many people visit the site and what they read, so we can improve it.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Our assessment of that interest is available on request.
  • Retention: 24 months, after which the data is deleted automatically.
  • How to opt out: switch on the “Do Not Track” setting in your browser — when it is on, Umami does not record the visit.

If you contact us

If you send us an e-mail or call us, we process the details you give us (name, contact, the content of your message) in order to reply. The legal basis is our and your interest in communicating, or the preparation of a contract. We keep messages for as long as we need them to handle the enquiry.

Who we pass data to

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Our processors may access it to the extent needed to provide their service: our website hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) and our e-mail provider Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft 365). We have data processing agreements in place with them.

Transfers outside the EU

The website, its logs and visit measurement are hosted entirely in the European Union (Germany). E-mail is processed by Microsoft in the European Union; as Microsoft belongs to a group headquartered in the United States, a transfer to the US cannot be fully ruled out. Any such transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Microsoft is certified, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

In respect of your personal data you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send your request to info@intelia.si; we will reply within one month of receiving it.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, gp.ip@ip-rs.si.
